BoilerBlast Machines
The insides of boilers are prepared for subsequent enamelling (wet or powder enamelling). We offer fully-automatic and semi-automatic systems according to the handling system used:
Fully-automatic blasting equipment
In most cases this equipment is used in combination with a P+F conveyor system. According to specifications either 1, 2 or 4 boilers are processed simultaneously.
The facility shown is equipped with 4 blasting and 4 air purging/rapping stations.
The throughput is 144 boilers (75 liters ea.)
Each boiler first passes a blastcleaning station and then proceeds to an airpurging/rapping station:
A suspension frame ensures precise positioning.
After clamping blast nozzles move from below into the boiler.
Semi-automatic blasting systems
These systems for manual loading comprise a boiler blasting equipment to which a PowerPack - the blasting and reclaiming assemblies of our Problast machines - are connected:
The boiler blasting equipment comprises a rack with lance carriage and recovery hopper. The blasting section of the PowerPack is connected to the blast lance and the abrasive reclaiming section to the recovery hopper. Thus the abrasive is recycled.
